Parque Santiago 1 is a relatively small complex of privately own apartments. Many owners are not out for many months so at any one time the complex may only be a quarter full so quieter than more commercial travel companies owned complexes

The Apartment can be accessed from the outside of the complex with no stairs or steps (excepting one step at the front door of the apartment, where there is a grab rail to assist also) making it accessible for those less mobile

Of course all bedding is provided and changed weekly, along with fresh towels.
The apartment is cleaned to a high standard at the beginning of each stay and weekly for longer stays. There is NO end of stay extra cleaning cost as some charge
